Sonajhuri is a beautifully crafted cotton skirt in a warm turmeric yellow, brought to life with an intricate Ajrakh hand block print. The print is created using two hand blocks, layered carefully to form a rich composition of geometric and floral-inspired motifs across the fabric.

The turmeric-dyed base gives the skirt a warm, earthy glow, while the deep green and darker accents in the Ajrakh print add depth and character. Each motif carries the slight irregularities of hand printing, making the piece feel distinctly handcrafted.

Cut in flowing kalis, Sonajhuri has a medium flare that creates gentle movement while remaining easy to wear. The gathered waist is finished with adjustable drawstrings, allowing you to adjust the fit comfortably, while a discreet side zip makes it easy to put on.

The skirt is fully lined and falls to a length of 37 inches. Pair it with a simple solid shirt or top for the print to take centre stage, or style it with another hand block printed piece for a more layered, eclectic look.

This garment has been hand block printed and natural dyed. Slight colour bleeding may occur during the first few washes. We recommend washing separately in cold water and avoiding soaking to help preserve its colour and finish.
