At Turquoisethestore, every item is handmade with care at our heritage studio in Jetpur, Gujarat.

Processing & Dispatch:

  • Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from our studio.

  • Certain products, such as custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order items, may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Domestic: 5–7 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

  • Tracking details are shared once your order ships

Shipping Charges:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Customs & Taxes for International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

  • Turquoisethestore cannot predict or cover these charges, and they are not included in product price or shipping cost.

Note: We ensure careful packaging to protect your handmade products, but delays due to courier services or customs are beyond our control.
