Who We Are
At Turquoisethestore, craftsmanship is not just our work - it is our heritage. Our story began in 1947, when our grandfather, Shri Gordhandas Karsanji Bosamia, established his karkhana in Jetpur, Gujarat. With dedication and vision, he nurtured the art of block printing, screen printing, dyeing, and textile craft, laying the foundation for a legacy that continues to inspire us today.
What started as a modest workshop has evolved into a heritage store that preserves and celebrates the same traditions with a renewed purpose. We carry this legacy forward through Bandhani, Ajrakh hand block printing, and natural dyes - crafts that embody India’s timeless artistry.
Every fabric and garment at Turquoisethestore is slow-made, shaped by hand, and naturally dyed. We believe true beauty lies in the thoughtful process - one that respects artisanship, sustainability, and the environment.
As we return to Jetpur - the very place where it all began - our commitment remains clear: to create consciously, preserve traditions, and share textiles that are not just worn, but deeply experienced.
