Kanak - Handspun Cotton Unstitched Kurta Dupatta Set with Hand Embroidery

Kanak is an unstitched kurta dupatta set crafted from handspun and handwoven cotton, valued for its breathability, softness, and natural texture. The fabric has an easy fall and a lived-in feel, making it comfortable to wear while still carrying the character of handloom cloth.

The highlight of this set is the hand embroidered yoke, where paisley-inspired motifs form the foundation of the design. These paisleys are not isolated they flow into floral elements, leaves, and fine curved stitches, creating depth and movement within the embroidery. The layout is structured vertically, allowing the yoke to frame the neckline beautifully once stitched.

The colour palette is warm and layered deep rose and pink, mustard, soft blue, olive green, and earthy browns chosen to enhance the paisley forms without overpowering them. The embroidery feels rich and traditional, yet light enough to remain wearable.
